Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 September 2026
1. Who we are
Mercury Digital (“Mercury”, “we”) builds software for wealth management firms. We are registered in Hong Kong (BR 78380151) with our office at Unit 608–613, Level 6, Core C, Cyberport 3, 100 Cyberport Road, Hong Kong. For any question about this policy, or about data we hold, write to enquiry@mercury-digital.io.
2. What this policy covers
This website, and nothing else. It explains what happens when you visit mercury-digital.io and what we do with anything you send us through it.
It does not cover the Mercury platform. Where a firm uses our software, that firm decides what client data enters the platform and why, so the firm is the controller of that data and we act only on its instructions. Those obligations sit in the written agreement with the firm, which prevails over this policy.
3. What we collect here
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share personal data for anyone else’s marketing.
4. Third parties that receive data when you load this site
Opening any page makes your browser request files from the services below, which means each of them receives your IP address and basic request headers. We list them so the picture is complete.
- Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly page analytics.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site.
- unpkg — serves the JavaScript libraries the pages run on.
- Cloudinary — serves images such as team photographs.
- EmailJS — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
5. Legal basis
Where you submit a form we rely on your consent. For security logging and aggregate analytics we rely on legitimate interests, which is to say keeping the site available and knowing which pages are read.
6. Your rights
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and, where it applies, the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent you have given. Write to enquiry@mercury-digital.io and we will respond within 40 days, the limit set by the PDPO. If your enquiry concerns data held inside a client firm’s platform tenancy rather than this website, we will refer you to that firm, because it is the controller.
7. Cross-border transfer
Data collected through this site may be processed outside Hong Kong by the providers named in section 4, which operate globally. We do not otherwise transfer it.
8. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Contact-form submissions reach our inbox over an encrypted connection and are readable only by people at Mercury who need to answer them. We keep no visitor database on this site.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Platform customers are notified separately under the terms of their agreement.
